No-contract Iphone 4

Is it possible to order one and have it shipped to me on release day without contract? or do i have to go to a store to get a non-contract?

okay, so if that is not possible.. then how do i upgrade my phone and have it shipped to me? can i do it through the ATT account page? I dont see the iPhone 4 in the upgrade yet though... when does it come?
