No Convert Settings in iTunes 8??

Hey, i cannot find any settings in iTunes 8 for converting music.

Excemple: AAC 128 kbs ... 320 kbs

blahblah, those menus, you know what I mean.



And wheres the CD-Burning settings-dialog gone?

That's retarded. Who's the genius that decided making it more difficult to find would be an improvement? Adding more mouse-clicks does not improve efficiency.
