No custom icons in the sidebar pane in 10.7?

    You can still put icons there. Why would custom ones be important?

    Cause I'm a dork like that. :)

    I guess I just really like having them be consistent across the different places that I like to put them.

    It would be nice to have them match the actual icons for memory and ease purposes.

    Yes!

    I guess I just don't understand what advantages there are to removing this feature....

    custom folder icons

    i'm kind of lost without the custom icons for folders in the sidebar.
    i thought it would help to apply them with a color label, but it stays all grey.
    the only folder is a grey folder? pretty radical.
    it seems i have to start to learn reading my favorite folders names for now..
    any suggestions to customize those folder icons in the sidebar is appreciated!
