I've been trying for two hours to order a Series 5 Apple Watch, but there's a bug on the ordering page and I cannot order the Watch I want. For two hours straight, I've been trying to call Apple's store and start a Chat with an Ordering Specialist, but both the phone and chat will not connect due to "high volume".

You would think that with over $100 billion dollars in excess cash, Apple could at least expand their customer service to accommodate their customer's needs. Honestly, I just lost interest and I don't have time to deal with waiting for hours, so they are going to lose my sale and I will probably just stick with my Series 3 for another year. Apple does not provide the same magical buying experience they used to years ago.
