No Customs Duty on Apple Watch Import - India ?

On multiple forums there are posts about - Effective since August 2016, Indian Govt revising some customs regulation... Customs duty not being charged on imported(personal use) electronic items that cost upto 50K INR. (Earlier the limit was 2K)

I was just checking Borderlinx which shows that 105$ customs duty would still be needed if I buy from BestBuy($399) and ship it to India.

Can anybody please provide any information regarding this?
