No Cydia or BossPrefs

After using Pwnage tool on Thursday and going to 3.0, I have no Cydia or BossPrefs... is there a way to get them without restoring?

The only jailbroken program I have is Icy and I couldnt find/dl cydia on there.

Well, I used redsnow to JB. Cydia and Icy are there. Most everything appears to work fine. Backgrounder doesn't work yet.

So I guess the only thing I could do is rejailbreak/restore with redsnow?
