No Dark Mode in Mojave

My fusion drive failed and after re-installing Mojave I don't get the option of Dark Mode on my 2014 5k imac, I was able to use before but not now , The General tab > Appearance shows an option for blue or graphite for buttons and menus.
is there something extra that I should do? Thanks.

Are you sure you installed Mojave and not a prior version of OSX?
 
You are right, I stand corrected, for some reason I got the Yosemite build, now all is sweet, computer seems a bit faster because got rid of a lot of programs and upgrades.
