No Date Showing for Applecare on 16' Macbook

Edit: I should say Apple Warranty, not Applecare.

Your product is covered for hardware repairs and service under the repair warranty.

It originally showed a date but then I took it in for service and shortly after the date was gone. It does still show a specific date for the telephone technical support.

Any clue what is happening here?
