After over 20 years as a registered developer and tens of millions of people using my software in there Macs, this is what I get. 😡

Guess I should pony up and pay for my account.🤪

Your app was distributed to tens of millions of people without utilizing Developer ID? 😳

I think it means you have to be the account holder, not just someone with access to the account. (like an employee using their employer's account). Just a guess though.
