No duplicates photo utility for me

Just downloaded iOS 16 and there is nothing in photos for duplicates.

Do you have any duplicates? It is a prerequisite for it for the Utilities item to show up.

Seriously? The tab won’t show up unless you actually have a duplicate?

Yeah, seems to be. But just like you, I have seen others not being able to make it show. There are quite a few threads here about it already. Also haven't seen it, but I just take that as me not having any duplicates.

Thank you my friend. I hate this new iOS. Besides the battery percentage what is it giving us? Why only lock the deleted photos folder why not all folders?

The phone probably need some time to index all of the photos to look for duplicates...
