iPhone No EKG in Health app

I’m on the beta 12.1.1. My phone never updated again when the final released the other day. My watch did. When I open the ekg app on watch it tells me to open health app on phone. There’s nothing EKG in there.
Should my iOS have updated again?

you have to remove the beta profile, restart the phone and update to the official release.

I had the same issue.. Once I uninstalled the Beta Profile, I had the update 12.1.1 .. the final release version .. once installed, the Health app detected ECG app with Apple Watch..
