When I first purchased my Macbook about a year ago, a week later the sound just stopped working. I took it to the shop and they fixed it, then another week later it stopped working. I have attached an image it just shows that its muted and nothing work. The only way I can get sound from the computer is if I connect my Beats via bluetooth. I don't want to take it back in as its such a hassle, any quick fixs?
Also if I ever update the laptop software it just dies, and I have to wait for the computer to fully die before it works again, so weird.
