Just curious, I'm with AT&T and I changed to their Mobile Data Share Plan when they first announced it. However, when I tried to turn on the "Use Cellular Data" under the FaceTime settings, it asks me to "call" AT&T.

Are you having the same issue?

Argh... I've tried shutting down and restarting the phone, and I've tried resetting the network settings, but I still can't get FaceTime over Cellular.

I've been on the phone with the AT&T customer support, but it seems like they don't know what's going on either... Argh....

Just an update:

After speaking with both the AT&T rep and the Apple rep, they said it is a "known issue" that Apple is currently work on, so I won't be able to use FaceTime over Cellular until they fix it??

And I also find out that my Personal Hotspot isn't working...

You are probably using iPhone 4. Facetime over cellular only works with 4s and up.

No, I'm using iPhone 4S.

According to AT&T, when I install iOS 6, somehow AT&T doesn't recognize it as an iPhone, so Personal Hotspot and FaceTime is not enabled. So after they specify my phone as an iPhone on their network, the Hotspot and the FaceTime over 3G works.

However, I'm having another problem now... My voicemail doens't work, so I'm on the phone again and they're trying to fix my problem now... Today is definitely not my day...
