No flagged mailbox

Have updated to iOS 6 on a 4S. I have the VIP mailbox in Mail but not the Flagged one. Am I missing something?

It appears to be gone. The VIP one is kind of cool though. I always wanted to assign a new tone to a few people who e-mail me.

Flagged messages for Google Mail (exchange) is busted. Also the Flagged messages folder only appears when you have flagged messages in your Inbox. Move the message and the folder disappears... But VIP works for both google and icloud mail 🙄

That was it. I flag email and archive them. So they don't appear. Poor show.
