no 'flippers' premium for rose gold 6s Plus?

Seems the flip market isn't doing that great this year for the 6s

This auction just ended for '6s Plus, 64GB Rose gold' to be shipped on release day. Looks to only be around $50 premium after taxes for the seller. Looks like China was the major and only reason for crazy resales last year

iPhone 6s Plus 64 GB is $850 plus taxes. Taxes in Virginia generally runs around 5%. So this iPhone costs the guy almost $900.

Plus eBay fees. Even if buyer pays shipping. His profit margin is gotta be close to $20 only. Way too much risk for a $900 phone.

If preorder stock is any indication of how much stock we will see in stores, I think many will have a real chance. I don't see people spending what they did on phones last year. I could be wrong.

Well have to wait until it actually comes out. The gold 5s didn't have crazy Ebay preorder prices either but look at the premium it commanded shortly after release.

OP don't forget the power of jealousy and impatience... wait till the new phone is out and the people who wants them realizes they are on 3-4 weeks shipping backorder plus additional week to deliver. Let the money flow baby!!!
