No focus when clicking new window?

Hello, I've been trying to sort this for some time, i've no idea how i managed to do this in the first place but here is the problem, i have two windows running, sometimes more, i like to be able to click the mouse cursor on any part of the window which then brings that window into focus, now for some reason it does happen, i need to drag the focused window out of the way in order to see the window i wanted to focus on!

Any help in how i change this?
