I wouldn't say fine because its not, not even in its class and definitely not for the price, Apple could do better, that beings said the X1600 is more than enough for the average iMac consumer I guess so its no biggie.

bousozoku Moderator emeritus Sep 6, 2006 #6 Who's to say that the clock speed of the x1600 didn't get bumped up a bit since the Core 2 Duo supposedly generates less heat at the same clock speed? Also, the nVidia cards in the 24 inch machine aren't a GPU bump?
