No HD Or HQ Option on Youtube on NEW Mac Pro

There is no HD or High quality option in Youtube on my new Mac Pro. I tried both safari and FF. I know its not the tube because I have the option on my MacBook Pro. Is it a plug in issue or something? Anyone encounter the same problem? Youtube forums are useless and so is a google search.

Did you update the Flash player? (Alternatively what version is it? Type aboutlugins into the address bar to find out.)

all you have to do is add the following to the end of the url if you don't see the option:

"&fmt=18" for HQ
"&fmt=22" for HD
