No HD Or HQ Option on Youtube on NEW Mac Pro

There is no HD or High quality option in Youtube on my new Mac Pro. I tried both safari and FF. I know its not the tube because I have the option on my MacBook Pro. Is it a plug in issue or something? Anyone encounter the same problem? Youtube forums are useless and so is a google search.

Did you update the Flash player? (Alternatively what version is it? Type about😛lugins into the address bar to find out.)

all you have to do is add the following to the end of the url if you don't see the option:

"&fmt=18" for HQ
"&fmt=22" for HD
