No headphone sound in Windows 7

Hi All,
I just installed a Windows 7 on my MacBook Pro 13inch.

Everything works very good so far,except there is no sound in Windows 7 installed w/ Bootcamp if I plug in a headphone,

~ I already insert & installed my OSX disc to update it.
~the internal speaker is no problem.

Please Help
