It seems that HTML emails that render correctly on my wife's iPhone, don't on my iPad. Even the HTML templates in OS X mail do not work on an iPad. What gives?

No HTML emails on iPad?

Upon further examination, an HTML email sent to my mobile me account works fine, the same email sent to an exchange account does not.
The emails are simple HTML tables, also I can not find any "enable HTML" setting under settings.
