No Images in Signatures?

I can make some of the smae arguments everyone is making against avatars. Maybe at a certain level you can have images in sigs and there can be specifications with width height and size.
But the signature isn't important at all, only your post is.Apple said:

No signature is complete without pet names for your electronic gear (and pencil and cable) and a list of what you intend to buy in the next six months, how much more you need to save to do so, and what your SO will do to you when you get it.

I am still under the 500 post count and i think the 500 count for the avatars is great. I don't mind not having a avatar, I can wait.
MacRumors will hopefully NEVER allow that to happen, if you want images in your sig, go to a crappy forum and do it.
