No incoming sounds...

iphone 5, no incoming text or ringer sounds. Ringer volume is up and text tone set to 'bell' in settings>sounds and ringer set to 'old phone'. I do get sound from youtube videos, etc and itunes.

Can't figure out why...

Are you in Do Not Disturb mode/have the silent switch on?

Doh. Silence switch was on. Never even knew it was there. Otterbox case must have hit it while I was installing it.
