No international calls

Hello, I have an iPhone 5 with which I am very happy. I have, however, a problem, I cannot make international calls. I am British but live in France. My phone is set to 'English' language. Would anyone know why I cannot dial a UK number?

Maybe your carrier implemented some sort of calling restriction?

Some carriers have such restrictions on cheap subscriptions,or when the phone user is underage.
However,you can change your deal with your carrier.

Thanks, I will contact the bank where I bought the phone. They are also the carrier.
