Looks like Belkin realizes what we really want. The Apple cover is nice and all, but it just doesn't do what most of us would like it to do...... protect the ENTIRE iPad. Belkin has come up with a more stylish version of what looks to be a copy cat of the iPad 1 Apple case.

GOTTA HAVE IT.

Hard Candy has a case like the original.

Nice find. This is what I am looking for. If its as slim as the ipad OEM case it will be great.

What I don't like about all these third-party cases is that they're nowhere to buy offline. Online only. Eff it, I want it in my hands NOW. Hate to wait.

For instance, I found this gorgeous case for $150. Guess what? 2 freakin' weeks for delivery. Ugh...

Dodo already has an ipad2 case out, too. Looks great. Two of them, actually, as one of them is a commemorative edition.

To everyone, wait till the iPad 2 comes out se that the case makers get a definite fit, rather than company specs, so that no stretching or tugging can occur.

Shoot I really need the otterbox... I'm hearing it won't be out for another couple of months because they couldn't get a hold of the new ipad to start the construction. that sux!!

Nobody has these crazy cases covering the outside of their laptops, why does everyone insist they need them for the iPad?!?!?!?

You don't pick up and carry your laptop around with you while using it. That's exactly what I do with my iPad. Besides, the laptops I buy aren't made of aluminum, so it's not an issue. They are their own case. I don't know how macbook owners feel.

I wonder how loose iPad 2 would be in Apple's iPad 1 case? Might be worth a try while we want on something great.
