iPad Pro No iPad Pro Smart Case?

Or am I mistaken? I really prefer the Smart Case for the iPad Air 2 over any other out there. Are there any good alternatives?

It has a two piece "case". There is the case which covers the back but leaves the magnetic left edge exposed for the cover. I believe this was introduced with the mini 4. I have a case and smart keyboard on my pro. I must say it is splendid.

Yep, makes Apple more dosh but allows you to switch front covers between Smart Cover and keyboard.

The Smart Cover and Silicone Case look wonderful – preferable to the Smart Keyboard in my case, but… yeah, hugely expensive for a case. I guess I'm hoping a third party will do a single-piece case well, finding a balance between price and quality. (Many third parties seem to be leaving holes for the buttons or adding too much bulk in this way or that.)

I took mine back and Smart Cover back the next morning. For $11 more I got the Logitech key board case. Great solid hard case with lighted keyboard

For now, I purchased the silicone case and this.

With the back cover it's a perfect fit in the 12" sleeve. (at least on paper )

Yeah, overall not happy with this. Discovered this on the iPad Mini 4. On the one hand, you can customize with different colors (black back and red front, etc.) - and I imagine eventually other accessory makes will make products that interchange with Apple. On the other hand, purchasing them separately is more than a little more expensive than the single. (Oh, and the mini 4 is slightly taller than the mini 1/2/3 so some of the accessories, like the smart case and various keyboards like the zagg, won't work with the mini 4).

I don't mind as much on the mini because my Hitchhiker's case still works fine, but for the Pro I just purchased the cover. Blah!

The Smart Cover for iPad Pro is really expensive! I guess Apple is pushing people to buy the Smart Keyboard.

I bought the Logitech keyboard case. I really like it but it makes the Pro even heavier and it's unbelievably hard to take the Pro out. Also, the buttons are not very responsive. Just received this today for just using without the case. Fits perfectly.
