On the Apple Store site I saw that they have some available to deliver by January 8. And a lot more in stock in stores nearby so I don't know what you talking aboutUntil the 12th of January? Why is this? I bought a white Air 1 and a mini 4 (black).

I suspect a lot of people bought them as Christmas gifts, which caused a quick shortage that'll take some time to replenish....

Everyone bought up the units that Apple manufactured. It's a new product and demand outstrips supply. You'll have to be patient.
Try taking up Vegetarianism as a secondary interest while Apple manufacture some more.
The apple store said there's none in stock.
I was referring to BestBuy in New England area. IPP seems to be available at most BB for local pick up around me.
In the New York City tri state area and southern Florida, there have been NONE available with the LTE. All others have been available. This thread should be much more specific so we can reply to the OP correctly.
I ordered mine online on Dec 22nd and with 2-3 fastest shipping I should get around January 4th.
