No iPhone XR cases?

i wanted to buy a leather case for my XR from the Apple store but I can only see cases for the XS and max.

Seems odd they wouldn’t have any for this phone?

while there aren't any Apple or leather cases yet these have been there since 3:01est Friday... like BasicGreatGuy said you'll probably see more of them next week.

It's strange because they have always released new cases alongside the new phones... so you can order them at the same time. I've never seen them stagger release dates of new phones and their cases.

When it comes to leather cases, I don't recall that either. Hopefully, they will show on the website in the next day or so, so that the XR folks won't be walking around naked, which is a crime in many places in the world.

When I ordered both my 8 and XSM this year, all of the cases (leather or otherwise) were already on the site, on pre-order day.

Yea, they even had the Belkin Invisiglass ready to go day one, which was the most important for me with the XS Max.

Rounded corners on LCD, light bleeding, a difficult size between XS and Max, and shipping around the globe make the construction and delivery of fitting XR cases a pioneering challange Apple could do only at a delay, or at all. Or so me thinks...

Third party cases agreed, yes, are available.

XR cases from Apple? We‘ll see soon, probably. It‘s just a little strange, seriously, that these can‘t be ordered together with the devices. And, only a clear case? Which would be nice, but hopefully also leather, silicone, and colors.
