NO iPHOTO

HELP.....when I click on iPhoto it tells me that it's incomplete or damaged..HELP!!!

I have the same problem too - i am currently downloading it from app site but it is gonna take 3.5 hours - is that right ? Will all my photos still be there too or will they be wiped ?
