No iTunes WiFi Sync..??

....ok so my phone IS plugged into a power source AND connected to my wi-fi but my option for iTunes Wifi sync is greyed out???

Any ideas..?!

^ I also had to uncheck "open itune when this iphone is connected" then i had to restart itunes.

Connect your phone to iTunes then on the summary page check the box "sync with this phone over wifi"
