Hi,

I have replaced screen on Macbook Pro 13 2019 with Touchbar and after that I have an issue that my keyboard doesn’t light up. Also "Adjust keyboard brightness in low light" checkbox is missing in keyboard settings. However keyboard and touchbar is working without any problem. Maybe someone knows how to solve it or workaround it so I could adjust brightness by myself? Thanks in advance

P.S. There are active brightness buttons on touchbar but after clicking them - there is no actions.
P.S.S SMC and PRAM reset won't solved the porblem

Take it back to the shop that replaced your screen and ask them to fix it.
