No keypad bug in phone mode - says Clear All Recent

When you press the phone mode there is no keypad but instead there is a option to 'Clear' or 'Clear All Recents'.

This happens also after a call has been received so I cant hang up because the end call function is blocked.

Also immediately after sending a text - "Nothing to Undo" message comes up without my input.

Any answer clues? I have updated to iOS4 it has only been buggy for the last week.
