no keypad

my phone froze the other day, and after rebooting, my keypad no longer works. i cannot dial out, when receiving calls the keypad doesnt show up, i get no recent call options nor can i add numbers. i cannot hang up phone calls made either because there is no end call/dial button. i have installed pwnage to unlock my phone and it is with tmobile. anyone else have this problem? is there a way to fix it? thanks.
