No Leopard on G4 PPC?

I don't see where it says G4 has been nixed, it says G4 867MHz and above will be supported.

Personally, I fail to see how 67 Mhz would matter. I'd be more concerned about Quartz Extreme and Core Image.

It doesn't. Any G4 with 867Mhz or higher processor, G5 or Intel processor is all that is required.
