I like the idea of a watch face offering that includes a tasteful logo. But, that's it.

The Apple logo is still there on the back but it's not big enough to splash it all over the watch face. I can't quite understand though why people would spend £100s on a Rolex which is a watch that's all at the end of the day, it is a designer make of watch admitably. I guess we will all by it just to say we've got one but like most iphone users you never know how good or bad it is till you've got one.
I don't think Apple keyboards have featured the logo since ADB days. The logo on the current Mac Pro is 'hidden' on the port side, too.

Many watchmakers do that. I can't say I'm surprised Apple didn't. I remember Steve Jobs saying that he wants the Apple logo to be like Mickey at Disneyland, that there's only one at a time, to keep it special. This has been followed through with all Apple products (that I remember). Kind of weird that Rolex has it's logo on the face, crown, and back, now that I think about it.
