No Mail Account

Since the newest update there are no mail accounts showing on my mail app on the watch. All is fine on my iPhone. The error just says set up a new account on your iPhone. Anyone else getting this? I have tried turning off and on mirror iPhone.

it has not happened to me.
However, I just unlocked my phone and the email app was on. I started deleting some email and I noticed they were the same email I had deleted earlier today!
I deleted one by one and I swore I had deleted them.
Then I realized I was in the Trash folder deleting deleted email....
