No mail notifications?!

I don't get any notifications for new mails in Apple Mail... neither for the iCloud nor the O365 account. Notifications on the iPhone are working fine though.

Any thoughts? I am not sure if that behavior is new in Sequoia, might be that it's not working anymore for longer and I just did not notice.

Settings are OK, everything is turned on...
