No MBPro's at flagship store??

I was planning to go get me a new MBP 17" today in London, but rang ahead yesterday to save any wasted journey.

Lucky I did, as I was told the 17" MBP's are still not in stock and there is no scheduled delivery time there.

Does anyone have insight as to why this should be, or maybe even, when it's likely to be resolved?

Apple has not shipped a single 17" MBP yet...no word on the reason. AppleInsider said it may be another week or so before they start ramping the manufacturing.
