I like many many others, submitted early on the morning of the 25th and never got anything. While others have gotten codes within several minutes, (albeit wrong codes).
From other threads it seemed that some people were able too it seems resubmit their serial numbers.
However, I was not it said the serial number had already been processed or something to that effect. I tried a few times though out the day, same result, serial number blocked.
For the heck of it just a few min ago, partially out of anger, I spammed the submit button that had been blocking me and to my surprise it actually went through and took me to the submit a copy of my receipt page.
I just did it a few minutes ago, so no email or codes yet.
But for those of you who have waited 20+ hours, it can't hurt to try.
