In October I purchased Navigon East. I subsequently purchased Navigon Central via an "in-app" purchase. Now I am heading out west and am trying to add the West Coast maps but don't see any way to accomplish that.

It would have been much easer if I had just purchased North America previously but would rather not have to do that now.

Am I missing a way to add the west coast maps?

Like you I bought the East Coast version last year (we were visiting from Europe on vacation) and when I check the 'Extras' page the only option now seems to be to purchase the Full North America maps. But I suspect that if you opt for that you will then have the choice of which states to download. Certainly for the full European version that I also have, you can download each country individually.

I checked extras and there was an option to purchase "FreshMaps XL". I couldn't tell if that simply updated the states I already had or gave me all states.

I took a chance and bought it and it gave me all of North America. Garmin could really do a better job at explaining all of this as the documentation for what "FeshMaps XL" really was, was poor at best.

    Thanks for the reply.

That's good to know but interestingly the UK version of the East Coast App that I originally bought made it clear that the FreshMaps XL was North America. But glad to hear it worked out OK for you. Out of curiosity, does it also include Canada and can you download individual states or regions separately?

Yes to both. It includes Canada and each state and province can be downloaded separately.
