I just updated to iOS6 and my multiple calendars (all from one google account) don't show up.
Only the main calendar is displayed.

Multiple Google Calendars work great on my SGS III, oops wrong device... we're talking iPhones here. 🙂
I used to (past tense) use them successfully when my iPhone 4s was my primary smartphone before acquiring my Galaxy S 3. I don't have the link handy, but a search of www.Lifehacker.com and you should find it.
No, I tried this on the iPhone 4 itself. It didn't work.
I tried the second link on my device too, and that worked.
