iPhone XS Max No network, time status etc. in Mail

Hi Guys,

Is this a normal thing or perhaps a bug after the latest software update? I'm on 12.3
Once I am in Mail there is no status displayed for Network, time etc.

Maybe try rebooting your phone. Rebooting can fix all kinds of problems.

I closed all Apps and now it works normal.

I didn't count but it was a lot. 30-40 something I guess.
