No notifications on iPhone 6s - anyone else?

Since installing ios 12 on my iPhone 6s, I have not been receiving notifications. Notifications that would normally show up (twitter, Espn, etc.) are showing up just fine on my iPad in iOS 11, but nothing on my phone. By extension, notifications are also not appearing on my Apple Watch (series 3, watch os4)

Has anyone else experienced this or aware of a fix?

I’m not having this issue with a series 3 cellular on the latest version of 4. Have you tried a hard reboot of both items and verified notification settings in the watch app?
