No Nvidia Shield support for iMac?

Boooo!!!

I ran the Geforce Experience and it says the 680GTX MX doesn't support the Nvidia Shield. I wonder if there's a way around this since the card clearly CAN support the streaming feature...

Will have to wait and see what happens, I suppose.

OK so Nvidia Shield is out, and I'd love to get into bed and play some Borderlands 2 etc. However, the Shield requires a desktop Geforce 650GTX or higher...

Now, we know the 675/680MX cards in the iMacs are more powerful than a desktop Geforce 650GTX, so.... has any smart person out there figured a way to... massage the drivers into letting us stream games to the Shield? The Geforce Experience app on the PC is complaining that we need a desktop GPU, so...

Come on, smart people! There must be a way to do this!

For those interested, I got the Shield working with the iMac, and it wasn't too hard.

I did decide, though, that the Shield simply isn't for me, but for those wanting to mess with one:
