Keeping things clean of course so as not to offend anyone.
The prospect of a fellow human being of an "attractive to you visually" scenario of them walking around within your own home in an AR style of view I would imagine be or very high interest to a number of people.
And such a "visually high quality and lifelike" experience could just on it's own be a reason certain groups would be willing to accept the high purchase price.
Or course, there is no way in hell Apple would allow such an "experience" officially.
but I wonder if there will be a way to link to a Mac Computer for devs to be able to create this?

I think there is an aspect to this topic that was rarely talked about, and that is privacy.

Apple is selling Vision Pro as a computer platform, and it will be the most private computer you'll ever own. No one will know what you're working at, or looking at. You don't even need Safari private browsing anymore. Suddenly you can comfortably watch porn - or browse nude sites - while on an airplane.
What you see is what you only know. No one does.

That will expand time wasted for porn for the owners surely? I mean Apple immersive photo & video - the ones they demo with the device - are already great for porn. People talking about looking at a photo in 3D that looks life-like and "being there" while watching video so surely porn producers will lick their lips?
And VP users definitely have money to burn..

It's not like Apple is limiting access to such content on iPhone, iPad, or Mac.

If you want that content with Vision, it'll be available.
