I just updated to 4.2 and when I go to the cellular data settings, it no longer has my account. I hadn't used it for many months so it may have been gone before the update. Has anyone noticed this and how do I reestablish a 3 g connection if I want to?

AT&T drops the account after 3 months of inactivity. Just sign up again.

Do you mean the account button is missing? I've seen this on two iPads also. Restarting the iPad brought it back, I don't know why.

Yes, there's no account button, just an on/off button for cellular data. I'll try a reboot, even though it rebooted itself during the update. Thanks for the tip.

I had the same problem. A reboot didn't fix it for me, but a restore from backup did.
