No option to import VPN configurations?

On latest DP, testing out my VPN connections and having exported them from my 12.6 I cannot import them. There is no import VPN Configuration option and double clicking the .networkconnect file does nothing...
Has anyone else seen this?

Same here - how to Import / export Network and VPN Profiles with Ventura - the options have "vanished"

Exactly . it contains only create - neither Import or Export.

Only way to push import, would be the Apple Configurator 2 - which still lacks the option an export from an earlier macos export. also, you cannot export from your system.

So I am on 13.1 and this isn't solved. Dammit. I will have to copy all manually..
