No Pickup for me today

Well. So much for a store pickup today. Woke up at 11:55 to be ready to place my order at 12:01 last week. I have the option to ship to my office. But decided to go pickup at the store.

Just got this email from Apple. Could have told me earlier yesterday. I guess I’m not getting my watch today. Appointment was for 9:30am. Now I’m sad.

Its not like you guys aren't getting your watches. I understand the frustration after getting excited about getting it, but it will come. My delivery date is the middle of October, so count yourselves lucky (I ordered the Nike edition).

I thought that was the phones? off to read the article.... (this sucks though cuz I was hoping to snag a SS for hubby when in the store picking up my phone)

Well ya.... I agree lol. I didn't see any issues mentioned even in here (forums) about people's watch order dates being messed with doing the whole phone fiasco last night. I got my email overnight saying my phone was ready for pick up.
I feel bad for anyone who was supposed to pick theirs up (or have it delivered) today... cuz I know how so many of us are about our apple products! I hope you find out this email was a glitch.....

I guess I must be lucky as both of mine are at the local hub or on the truck for delivery.

The wait is almost over.

Ya... my watch and hubby's phone are being delivered today, i'm picking up my phone this morning.... but he decided over the weekend he wanted a watch so we were hoping to pick him up one in the stores since his apple delivery date is late october. (his phone was in the delayed til monday fiasco last night but then went back to today! phew!)

Something went very wrong with the series 4 this launch. There’s no apple store availability, other retailers have none inventory at all.

Well. Went to my assigned Apple store twice today. No pickups. It is so bad that they don’t even have watch sample on the tables.

I asked for free stuff since it supposed to arrive today. They ask me to talk to the manager when I pick up my watch. Doesn’t hurt to ask.
