No picture when calling a contact with a picture?

I'm on the iPhone 4 and went to call my sister who has a picture in my contacts and it just has my lock wallpaper...

Is this a change?

No one else have this issue? I'm really confused, it's now happened with multiple contacts with pictures both incoming and outgoing.

I have the same problem!!! cant seem to find an answer anywhere?

Do you have mobileme? I just signed up for it yesterday and am wondering if it is playing a role in this.

my pictures are there.... but they are blown up to a ridiculous size. it looks terrible and weird.

wonder why this is. but this doesnt take away from the fact that the phone is absolutely incredible. even if the att bars fly all over the place

I am having the same problem with contacts synced via MobileMe. No contact picture. But when I turn off contact syncing via MobileMe and sync contacts via iTunes, it works.
