By the way, I hope you guys realize employees at these places have no interest in telling us some absolute truth. Everything they choose to say, they say with the goal of NOT getting in trouble somehow.
Nobody is specially trained in any special way. They just kinda keep working the job till they figure things out and work through their mistakes until they make less of them. There is no guarantee or official word from any of these drones. They are just random people working for a paycheck providing a service that only a human operator can provide, otherwise it would all be automated by robots. They just follow protocol. There are no special daily memos with insider information that keep them up to date. Its just some guy.
A place like this is a far better resource than any AT&T employee.
